My first RAK (received!)…courtesy of Maya Road and Creative Therapy. I’m quite pleased with the Maya Road stuff, especially because I have very little in the way of supplies. I’m just now starting to get into chipboard, so the chipboard letters are PERFECT!
When I was but a wee child, my mother worked at a large and popular Children’s Museum. While it was certainly not the best job for HER, I LOVED it! There was nothing cooler than having a mom who worked at the Children’s Museum, especially when I got to visit her during field trips. At any rate, she used to bring home piles of scraps–weird scraps: wood, foam rubber, plastic doohickeys. I didn’t appreciate it at the time, but NOW I wish I had kept them. 🙂
Anyhow, I did get a few things accomplished this week, most notably the Sunday Postcard Art challenge:
The colors aren’t quite right in the photo, but you get the idea.
